HAVE A HEART - Save The Artery

Friends, Comrades in Queer Crime, and Baddies from Beyond . . . THE ARTERY, stewarded by queers and punks, is a space dedicated to art, celebration, abolition and expansion; however, its fate currently hangs in the balance, and we need your help to ensure that we can keep it as it should be - a safe place for us to showcase our talents, bring us closer together, and push back against the challenges that often rob us of wonderful third spaces like the Artery.

This space is worth fighting for!!! Leading the charge are some Icons of Minneapolis Night Life who have graciously donated their time, heart, and talent to saving this truly extraordinary space in partnership with the Artery’s resident artists.

The Artery is located at 2718 E 27th St, Minneapolis, MN 55406. The space has two accessible entrances (a garage door and a door next to the neighbor’s driveway) and two accessible bathrooms, including stairs and a ramp for the stage. This is a sensory-friendly space. Masks are not required at this event. We encourage you to test for COVID before the event and bring your own mask, but we will have some N-95s available. Please plan for your own accommodations as much as possible and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you enjoy the show. We encourage you to bring what you need to be comfortable. <3
