Dana Kazuko

Dana Kazuko approaches the decks like a dancer—crafting high-energy house music journeys that pull every body onto the floor. As founder and resident DJ of Gateway, a trans-centered dance club, she has become a driving force in creating spaces where music, movement, and queer liberation meet. Her sets are infused with rhythm, joy, and an unshakable drive to keep the night moving, always tuned into the energy of the crowd and the story of the dancefloor.

Drawing on her background as both a DJ and a dancer, Dana brings a rare physicality to her mixing—every transition, build, and break designed to be felt as much as heard. While rooted in house, her style is expansive and fluid, moving through hypnotic grooves, ecstatic peaks, and unexpected textures that keep the floor alive and in motion.

Proudly trans and deeply rooted in queer nightlife, Dana transforms every set into a space for release, resistance, and belonging. For her, the dancefloor is more than a party—it’s a home, a protest, and a place where every body can move freely in their truth.
