Think back…
To a time of innocence.
Before the big clubs.
Before the VIP section.
When people weren't afraid of VOCALS in their dance music.
When getting down was more important than getting seen.
When EVERYONE on the dancefloor was your BEST FRIEND.
When HOUSE was just HOUSE.
Not just deep or funky or vocal or minimal or tech or disco or jackin' or tribal or progressive or electro or……
It's all HOUSE baby…
And we are HOUSE PROUD.
Same House that Jack built.. back together.. with our entire House-Head Family!

A night with each other, and:
PONTCHARTRAIN
(Whiskey Disco, Lovedancing)

Pontchartrain (real name Dustin Alexander) is a Harlem-based producer, DJ, mix-engineer, and label manager. Originally from Detroit, his musical career spans over 15 years and has earned him top spots on an array of charts, dozens of releases, many more technical credits on labels such as Razor-N-Tape, Soul Clap Records, Planet E, Toytonics, Delusions of Grandeur, Rocksteady Disco and others. Recently he has taken a lead role of the prolific disco edits label, Whiskey Disco, and subsidiary house label, Lovedancing after working as A&R for the last five years. Together, the labels have put out over 100 vinyl releases and counting.

Pontch is a true crate-digger at heart but is distinctly trained in the Detroit ideology and sound. His sets and productions both reflect this juxtaposition - loose and eclectic, yet high energy and technical. Pontch’s songs and edits have been played on BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM, several Sirius XM stations, and countless clubs across the world. His music has been played and charted by Jacques Renault, Jkriv, Eddie C, Jimpster, Demuja, Mark Farina, Kai Alce, and others. He has garnered several number one chart releases on sites like Juno in multiple genres, as well as recommended catalogs by stores such as Phonica and Rush Hour.

Before moving to Harlem, Pontch had several residencies in the motor city while touring and working full time as a social worker in drug rehabilitation centers in some of Detroit’s hardest hit neighborhoods for nearly a decade. In 2020 he decided to dedicate himself full time to music and now runs a production, mix engineering, and mastering business out of his home in addition to the labels, writing and DJing. His experience in community efforts and organizing shines through in music and performances, such as the memorable 2016 Movement Festival experience where he brought the Detroit Children’s Choir on stage to sing alongside him. This also translates into thoughtful, poignant sets specific to each and every event he plays.
