God's Drugs and Sällhet are playing Discodesque: Electronique Synthesis. Both are Minneapolis-based with a musical focus on modular synthesis and/or live hardware. Doors open at 6:00. Show starts at 7:00. Unfortunately, we cannot allow late entry as it will disrupt the live-broadcast. Cost: $15 + RA fees. Tickets available at the door too. 21+

Discodesque is a monthly, live concert series hosted after-hours at Disco Death Records. Artists from all musical genres are invited to be included in this project. Each concert is filmed-live through analog Hi-8 cameras and fed into a visual modular synthesizer where the broadcast team will live-glitch the footage. The live audio is recorded onto tape with our AKAI GX-620 reel-to-reel tape recorder. Our production team is comprised of cafe employees and passionate volunteers.
