Defying effortless categorization, Detroit native, Rimarkable, is a DJ, vocalist,songwriter, producer And broadcaster. She is a child of funk, jazz, gospel, rock, andsoul, and her work in any medium wraps all of these sounds, "into a house and technobox". She has shared stages and collaborated with dance music world stars such as George Clinton, Madonna, as well as legendary DJ colleagues Louie Vega, HoneyDijon, Todd Edwards, Francois K, Pete Tong, and Roger Sanchez. Rimarkable is known for her unwavering knowledge of where electronic music comes from and where it is going. Alongside her multi-hyphenate musicianship, Rimarkable is also an Adjunct at NYU-Tisch in the Clive Davis Institute where she teaches the younger minds about 'The Alchemy Of the DJ'. With her heart divided between the beats of Detroit and the rhythm of NYC, Rimarkable is the embodiment of musical magic. A true party instigator, Rimarkable has orchestrated countless successful events in New York, Detroit, and the Bay Area overthe past two decades. In early 2021, she inked a deal with the revered UK house music institution Defected, joining forces with their music publishing arm, and also takingcenter stage as a dynamic monthly presenter for the Defected Radio show, bringing her signature sound to a global audience.
