Eckblad

Dave Eckblad is a DJ and sound system designer from Minneapolis. He's constantly active in the local electronic dance music community, helping run stage and sound for various shows, consulting for friends to get the most out of their speakers, and servicing turntables and mixers. His music selection is sporadic, wide-ranging, and overcomplicated. He circles the IDM drain with a strong focus on swimming upstream toward musical tonality and social aptitude mired in heavy basslines and counterpoint. He's the sole proprietor of mnVibe.com, formerly a raver bulletin board and now a local dance events blog. Dave has a strong interest in kites and a mild appreciation of hot dogs, as ascribed to him by other people.
